Musical Theatre (12-16 yrs)
Develop your theatrical skills in all aspects of performance from exploring the art of improvisation, detailed character study, script work as well as devising brave and exciting new theatre.
Playmakers Youth Theatre 12-16 group are challenged to work as an ensemble and push themselves to make excellent theatre in indoor and outdoor settings as an integral part of Play To the Crowd's work.
Our Youth Theatre provides opportunities for young people, aged 5-16 years, to be part of a strong and energetic ensemble company; helping to build their confidence, learn theatre skills and most of all have fun!
There's no audition process - we welcome everyone of all abilities to come along and have their chance to shine.
Groups meet weekly with an end of term sharing for family and friends on Theatre Royal Winchester's stage in the Spring.

Each term runs for 10 weeks with no sessions during half term.
Registration is on a first come first served basis and fees depend on session/age group.
We are keen to ensure that no-one misses out due to financial constraints so we offer a number of means-tested bursaries.
